I had an amazing experience at Happytail. From the moment I contacted them, the staff were welcoming, supportive, and quick to answer any questions I had. The prices were also very reasonable, which I really appreciated.

I especially want to mention Dr. Sasa Glisic. He was clearly very experienced with all types of animals, and what stood out most was how gentle and patient he was ,he never pushed my pet and made sure to handle them with care throughout the visit. As a first-time pet owner, I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer every single one .
He also gave me a ton of helpful advice on the best habits to implement for my pet's health and wellbeing.

My baby deer 🦌 was almost about to die she was in her bad condition, not responding and very weak dr Sasha treated here and she is almost back to normal, so grateful to him 🙏🏼

I had the best experience with Dr. Isra and the nurse Ajay they were so compassionate and kind, they helped me with my cat and 6 kittens! My lily and her kittens are alive thanks to them… really appreciate it..

We had an excellent  experience  at this clinic when our pet, Olivia, underwent her spay surgey. We are very happy with the care and attention she received througout  the entire process.

The staff were friendly and caring. A special thanks to the doctor who took time to explain every detail of the surgery, including the procedure, what to expect afterward and the necessary aftercare.

We also appreciated the smooth and hassle free follow up check ups. The team continued to show the genuine level of care and kept asking her conditions regularly while recovering.

Overall, we are pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this clinic to pet owners 😀

The only Vet in the UAE I can trust my baby cat. The staff are very kind, professional and knowledgeable. They are very gentle and took care of my cat very well and with transparency.They do their best to keep my cat healthy. Because of previous experiences with other Vet clinics where my cat was very stressed after hospital treatments, bringing him back home from overnight care in Happy Tails shows my cat is not stressed and was taking care of well. I will definitely recommend to visit Happy Tails with reassurance that the pet will be cared the same as we do at home. No extra bills, and great transparency. I am happy I found my Vet to trust my cat's healh with them.

I highly recommend Happy Tails. My dog Rocky suddenly became sick and they took such great care of him. They updated me everyday with videos and messages. He was able to be treated and now is doing much better. I couldn’t thank you enough for taking care of my boy 🩵🐾

Update 2026 : 1 year of going to Happy Tails with our Zia and we are more than happy with everyone from Dr Ezra to the staff they are all welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. Zia had pavovirus last year and she was well cared for by Dr Ezra and the whole team during her stay and she made a full recovery. Thank you all definitely recommend them.

2025: We took our newly adopted Zia to Happy Tails Veterinary Clinic for dental scaling, as she had a strong odor and significant buildup on her teeth. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Esra and her assistant were incredibly warm, welcoming and very caring. They made the entire process smooth and took excellent care of Zia. Now, she has clean teeth, and the smell is gone as you can see on the picture before/after below. Dr. Esra also gave us plenty of helpful advice. We’re so happy to have found a vet we can truly trust. Thank you Happy Tails Vets, big smile from Zia.
